    Lots of economic data and events scheduled for today, and some with high volatility risks associated.


    Data released so far:

    • Japan: Nikkei flash manufacturing PMI declined to 48.5 in February from 50.3 prior. All industry activity index down 0.4 percent m/m in December.
       
    • Australia: Unemployment rate came at 5 percent in January, with the economy adding 39,100 jobs.

    Upcoming:

    • Germany: CPI inflation report will be released at 7:00 GMT. Flash PMI reports will be released at 8:30 GMT.
       
    • France: CPI inflation report will be released at 7:45 GMT. Business climate report will be published at 7:45 GMT. Flash PMI reports will be released at 8:15 GMT.
       
    • Eurozone: Flash PMI reports will be released at 9:00 GMT.
       
    • United Kingdom: Public sector borrowing report will be released at 9:30 GMT. BoE economist Haldane is set for a speech at 12:00 GMT.
       
    • Italy: CPI inflation report will be released at 10:00 GMT.
       
    • United States: weekly jobless claims report will be published at 13:30 GMT, along with the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing survey, and durable goods orders. Flash PMI reports will be released at 14:45 GMT. Existing home sales report will be released at 15:00 GMT. EIA will release weekly natural gas inventory report at 15:30 GMT, and crude oil inventory report at 16:00 GMT.
       
    • Canada: BoC governor Poloz is set for a speech at 17:35 GMT.
       
    • Australia: RBA governor Lowe to speak at 22:30 GMT.
       
    • Japan: CPI inflation report will be released at 23:30 GMT.
