AngloGold Ashanti (ANG.JO) established a primary listing of its shares on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, with a corporate domicile in the UK, thereby completing its corporate restructuring. The gold company simultaneously terminated its American Depositary Shares program on the New York bourse. The group is now headquartered in Denver, Colorado in the US, with a substantial corporate office in Johannesburg. Shares closed 1% higher in Monday trade.
